We are pleased to announce that Leeson Polyurethanes has been purchased by Innovative Chemical Products (ICP Group), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and a leading specialty chemical company in the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE) markets.

Leeson’s diverse portfolio of solutions for building and construction, insulation, sports surfaces, waterproofing and beyond is highly complementary to the ICP Building Solutions Group (BSG) portfolio and helps the organization extend its reach throughout the European market and around the world, expanding the breadth of solutions we can offer our customers everywhere.

Our complementary products and markets provide additional manufacturing efficiencies and distribution capabilities. Through the sharing of technologies and processes, scalable operational capacity and talented leadership and employees, we can leverage both companies’ capabilities to deliver great value to our customers.
