New President and CEO at ICP

October 2023 – New President and Chief Executive Officer

Jay Doubman has been appointed the President and CEO of ICP Group, based at Andover, Massachusetts. Jay was with ICP until 2021 when he moved to Ecore International but has been welcomed back to continue his valuable leadership and contribution.  Jay gained an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University.  He also brings with him a wealth of experience in the building products industry and will lead a team of over 1,000 employees to deliver commercial and operational success.
