Fawsley Hall Hotel: A Decade of Proven Performance
LeesonGrip® 2-1 with Danish Quartz across 2,000 m² of pathways and driveways at a luxury country house hotel.
With a heritage dating back to the 7th century, Fawsley Hall has hosted monarchs from Elizabeth I to modern guests seeking luxury in the Northamptonshire countryside. Maintaining a historic estate of this caliber requires infrastructure that respects timeless architecture while standing up to continuous vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Originally installed in April 2016, the 2,000 m² network of driveways and pathways was surfaced using LeesonGrip® 2-1 paired with Danish Quartz aggregate. Nearly ten years after application, the installation continues to demonstrate exceptional durability and structural integrity. The surface retains its warm, uniform finish against the estate's historic honey-colored brickwork, serving as tangible proof of how Leeson chemistry resists aggregate displacement, weathering, and daily service wear over the long haul.
